Shipping & returns
Shipping is free in Greece on orders over 65 €, to Cyprus on orders over 90 € and to the rest of the EU on orders over 100 €. Below that, delivery in Greece costs 3 €.
We ship with Easy Mail and BOX NOW lockers in Greece and Cyprus, and with DHL to the rest of the EU. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Unopened products in their original packaging can be exchanged. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo within 10 days of delivery and we refund the shipping cost too.
Every Sugar Skin formula is vegan, cruelty-free and gluten-free. Our skincare is dermatologically tested.
